Mission

Created in 1991, the mission on the GRSA mission is to conduct quantitative, qualitative or mixed studies on the health of children, adolescents and young adults using an action research approach. The GRSA can thus integrate the demands and questions of professionals in the field into research in order to improve knowledge of a phenomenon. The GRSA also makes itself available to the field to transfer and popularise the results of its research, as well as to participate in support groups / expert groups on prevention and/or education programmes. The GRSA’s target audiences are children, adolescents and young adults aged between 10 and 25, as well as their parents and resource persons such as school professionals, social workers, etc. The themes studied by the GRSA are varied and can be adapted to the demands of the field, for example: substance use, sexual behaviour and health, mental health and the use of screens and the Internet.
