1ST EUROPEAN TRANSITION SYMPOSIUM – CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
Lausanne, Switzerland, September 14th 2018 – 8:00-17:00 (including a speed networking supper on the 13th of September at 19:00)
We are delighted to organize the first European Symposium on Transition that will take place at the Lausanne University Hospital. Transition from pediatric to adult care for adolescents with chronic illness has been a growing theme of interest in clinic as well as in research for the past 2 decades. A realm of literature has come out on the subject and many transition programs have arisen. However, everyone has been doing it very much independently from one another. Now the time has come to put our knowledge and expertise together. The aim of this symposium is to gather experts in transition from around Europe in order to share experiences and think together on where to go from now.
CALL FOR ABSTRACTS: deadline May 20th 2018
