We are delighted to announce the second edition of the European Transition Symposium that will be held in Lausanne. The aim of this symposium is to gather experts in transition in order to share experiences and think together on where to go from now. We are looking forward to welcoming you in Switzerland in September!

This symposium is ideal for: Professionals working with children and/or adolescents with chronic illness (educators, nurses, psychologists, physicians, researchers, social workers, teachers, etc.); wishing to develop or implement a transition program in their clinic, or to share their experience in transition; Students undertaking a masters or PhD on the subject of chronic conditions/transition.

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee as part of the selection process. Notification of acceptance or rejection will be made via e-mail by June 30th 2019. Accepted abstracts will be assigned to Oral or Poster walk presentations according to the decision of the Scientific Committee, which is final. An award will be given for the best oral presentation and one for the best poster presentation.
